Valuing your home
We are more than happy to provide you with a free valuation on your home by one of our expert staff. There are absolutely no obligations, and our agents will even give you tips on how to best stage your house for sale in London.
As your chosen agent, we will arrange a convenient time to visit your home to take a selection of photographs for marketing purposes.
We will also prepare detailed text that describes your property which, once approved by you, will be used in brochures, online listings, and adverts, to promote your property for sale in London.
Viewing and negotiations
If required, we can carry out viewings on your behalf. We will conduct sales negotiations for you, and use our expertise in this area to ensure we meet your sales objectives.
Eureka Property can take buyers on viewings for you or if you prefer, you can guide buyers around your own home.
Exchanging contracts and completion
When the purchaser’s solicitor has a signed contract, local authority search, mortgage offer and deposit money, they will be ready to exchange contracts. The completion date will be set and the deposit funds transferred to your solicitor.
On the day of completion, your solicitor will inform you that the remaining funds have been received from the buyer’s solicitor. They will then inform us we can release the keys to the new owner.
