Our fees:

Let Only – 6% of the annual Rental income

Management – 10% from the second month onwards

Introduction Fee – 2 weeks of rent ( includes: visit property and advise on potential rents, advertise property on national property portals,  arrange appointments and accompanied viewings, references and credit checks, preparation of tenancy agreement, collection of first month’s rent and deposit)
